Hi Guys,

I am very happy to inform you I have just received MR,RPRF and they are requesting a copy of my FBI police check.

I have a question regarding Medicals. I took an E-medical in February for EE.
Do I have to retake the medicals using the IMM 1017 E form they just sent me, or can they use the E-medical?

I take it I can pay RPRF online and then I send the receipt, the FBI check and the Medical form to the address given in the email.

Great News, Congratulations,

I paid RPRF online & at the end of transaction you will get PDF receipt. I printed that & attached that to the email to them, I also mentioned that I did my Medicals on this & this date & doctor should send it to them directly.

Wow...not too far off from my dates. What is your NOC? My app was received Dec. 24 and I got PER on March 22. Yours was about 79 days in between APP and PER. Mine was 88 days in between. Hopefully that means I can expect to get MR, RPRF and the PCC request soon.

Did they give you a time by which you must submit the FBI police check? Do you already have yours? The FBI is taking forever with those. (12-14 weeks processing time)

I honestly didn't expect to hear any news this quick.
I actually got my application sent back on January the 30th because the officer missed my CELPIP score in the application. I sent it straight back with a cover letter and was made up when I received PER on the 4th of March.

Noc is 6211

I have my FBI report as I got it in February. It took just under 3 months to get.
In the email it gives 90 days to provide this document. It would be a fine line if I didn't have it.

I am not sure if I have to take another medical as they received my e-medical results last month. Not sure how it is with FSW providing medical results before receiving a request off the Visa officer.

Farmer Joe decided his injuries from his recent accident were serious enough to take the trucking company responsible for the accident to court. In court, the trucking company's fancy lawyer was questioning farmer Joe.

"Didn't you say, at the scene of the accident, that you were fine?"

''Well, I'll tell you what happened. I had just loaded my favorite mule Bessie into the--"

''I didn't ask for any details,'' the lawyer interrupted. ''Just answer the question. Did you not say, at the scene of the accident, that you were fine?"

''Well I had just got Bessie into the trailer and was driving down the road--''

''Judge, I am trying to establish the fact that, at the scene of the accident, this man told the Highway Patrolman on the scene that he was just fine. Now several weeks after the accident he is trying to sue my client. I believe he is a fraud. Please tell him to simply answer the question.'' By this time the Judge was fairly interested in Farmer Joe's answer and told the lawyer so.

''Well," said the farmer, "as I was saying, I had just loaded Bessie, my favorite mule, into the trailer and was driving her down the highway when this huge semi-truck and trailer ran the stop sign and smacked my truck right in the side. I was thrown into one ditch and Bessie was thrown into the other. I was hurting real bad and didn't want to move. However, I could hear ol' Bessie moaning and groaning. I knew she was in terrible shape just by her groans. Shortly after the accident a Highway Patrolman came on the scene. He could hear Bessie moaning and groaning so he went over to her. After he looked at her he took out his gun and shot her between the eyes. Then the Patrolman came across the road with his gun in his hand and looked at me. He said, 'Your mule was in such bad shape I had to shoot her. How are you feeling?'"

The online status changed to Decision Made on March 10th, but haven't received any PPR so far. Emailed and called CIC and they mentioned in email we cannot give you timeline when your file will be ready for finalization. I have applied for CAIPS notes recently but it will be another month before getting a reply. We have been waiting so long and it seems endless . We don't know if our case is even approved.

Hi, just wanted to update that I finally got an MR this morning by email. My app. rec. date was 28th Nov'14, PER was 19th Feb.
Hopefully others will be getting it soon.
