Woot Woot ! Well deserved sir. May god bless you with all love and good wishes from all of us in this group.

I think your security check wasn't the issue - I believe its getting your medical clearance done at cic level that caused delay...Now its the time to enjoy a weekend on gin(rum) & juice bro - Your reward has come after several analysis :) The truth is when its time its time :)

You will now see you need a visa for re-entry

Your due date is Apr 23. Ecas is updated with a delay, so check on Apr 27-29 to see if third line appeared. Can take up to 4 months as per observations or even up to 6 months as per call centre's agent. It is not critical as other assessments are still ongoing.
Thank you! I need to calm down then... My work permit will expire in December 2015, do you think I need to renew it? Was thinking not necessary anymore but now have to reconsider it.

HUREY!!!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS !!!!!!!

Finally got PPR!

But in the email they sent me, they have instructions for those in the US on how to purchase xpresspost envelope. But when I click on the link (http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/cst/intro-e.asp), I only get up to the landing page. It says I don't have access to any other pages.

Please help. How do I purchase xpresspost?? Thank you.

Also, I'm confused. Actual instructions:

" If you have a mailing address in the United States: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase a pre-paid shipping label from Canada Post and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter. Follow the link to purchase your shipping label: http://www.canadapost.ca/personal/tools/cst/intro-e.asp
If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or a pre-paid Canada Post shipping label, or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail."

So do I need an Xpresspost envelope? Or just the pre-paid shipping label?? Anyone who sent pp from US can help?

Security clearence was ready as early as by the end of February. I know how to see that from GCMS now ;)
I am 100% they were waiting for criminal assessment (Japanese PCC?) + there was quality assurance involved (SII). I am back from Canada Post now, they will ship the package on Monday morning.

Rays of love to all the group! Thanks for awesome congratulations!

You can't buy a prepaid Canada Post envelope in the USA. Just enclose a pre-paid shipping label.
