This means your due date is April 10. You can have an update today or tomorrow, but if nothing happens you should aim at the next month and so on until you receive the RFV email.

Hi All,
Was anyone able to contact the CIC call center successfully recently?? I am trying their 613-944-4000 number from USA continuously from yesterday but after pressing the necessary options like press 1 , 1 , etc i am getting an automated message that "we are experiencing high volume of calls so we wont be able to connect you to an agent" and then it disconnects.

Just wondering if they have made this as a permanent change??Is there any other number??

ECAS shows,

COMPLETE: You entered Canada at the Carway office on April 6, 2015 and became a Permanent Resident.

I have also applied for my last GCMS notes.
