I made a mistake and sent passports using UPS Standard from USA. UPS messed up on the tracking and I had no clue where my passports were for 4-5 days. Finally when they reached Canadian customs, my tracker got updated. My package was delayed in Canadian customs for 2 more days and finally it reached CIC after 10 days. It has been 12 days since then and the Canada Post tracker is still not updated.

As always the only option is to sit patiently and wait.

The thing is I live in Toronto. I don't see any reason for such delay. Usually, people got back their passports within 10, 14 days tops. Today it completes 14 days from the shipment. I really don't get it.

Just a little longer Sister. You still have an edge on those applicants who have no PPR like myself.

Same here 14 days since I shipped my PP to canada.
Sounds scary that I live without a PP in a different country.

What's the location of your file and the officer's notes?

The last notes were written in the middle of January. At that time I was asked for meds and paipay the fees....
So, if I passed the security and other assessments then my file is sitting on the table for a final review☺
