Thank youbat001 said:common things are medical problems that will shake up Canada health insurance, misrepresentations, not updating if there is something new on your application(baby, newly-wedded spouse) security etc...
I was in same situation and even one of my friend was in same situation. In both cases main applicant's IME was not found in system while spouse's IME was there. So, both of we mailed e-medical tracking sheet to CPC-Ottawa,and, after receiving our mail third line was updated in 4 days.maryjane said:Hi!
Im new here but I've been reading posts here since January. I actually have "favorite" forum members already, such as Diplomatru, johnny/johnbegood, and bat001 (I dunno if I got the spelling of the usernames correctly ).
I don't know how to post my timeline with my profile but here is mine:
Lodged app : July 7, 2014
App received as per eCas : July 10, 2014
PER : Nov 6 2014
MR and RPRF request : Dec 9, 2014
"We started processing your application" eCas update : Dec 9, 2014
Meds done : Dec 22, 2014
Meds received (I called CIC to confirm) : Dec 30, 2014
RPRF payment received (CIC confirmed over phone) : January 8, 2015
My situation is similar to Diplomatru. Im here in Canada on a study permit and when I had my medicals done, the IME number showed my previous medical examination. My application seems to be taking longer than usual. I know the only thing to do is wait. Any estimates though? I checked my eCas today but still no 3rd line. I called CIC 2 weeks ago and guy just said, "they are still verifying if you can be a permanent resident of Canada but so far, file is looking good". A bit vague. hehe
