Well technically we arrived on TWP on 5th October, so shouldn't that be the date?, also noticed they have country of birth as unknown, who do I need to contact to amend this?

It should be the date on which you first time you enter Canada. So in your case it should be 5th October not 5th December.

I have the same issue, I enter Canada on 21 August, '10 and went to vacation for 2 month came back on 3rd Sept, '11. My original DOE shows 3rd Sept '11 instead of 21 Aug '10. So I am going to send Amended application for COPR.

Right after my last post, checked email and received an email for the FSW - RPRF, so another question.

Does that mean the additional documents I had sent have been accepted and I am eligible?

I have not received medical request or PCC request? Should I be worried?

Congratulations Civilengr. You should be receiving MR shortly. PCC if it is expired (more than a year old) they may ask.

I don't mind at all :)
If you look at my timeline, you'll see that the IME was completed and uploaded to CIC in January, but the third line appeared just now.

Goku, in your opinion, if I first arrived in Canada under single-entry visitor visa for vacation in Jan-Feb, 2014 and two weeks later returned to Moscow to apply for study permit and landed under the new status (ongoing) in Aug, 2014 - which of the two DOEs SHOULD appear on the COPR?

Weekly+1

Congrats brothers and thanks for sharing your experiences at border...:)..When would I write mine story of landing...:(...;D

You need to actually mail it. It's a different division (OSC). Your residency requirement towards PR and Citizenship won't be affected, it is only related to retirement. If you are not a perfectionist you may just leave it be.

PS I missed the occasion to thank you for inviting me to BC. I will be willing to travel when we have a spell of nice weather. On that note, as a proud resident of Niagara region, I would be delighted to show you and your partner around the waterfall as well as the wineries :-)
