Hi Diplomatru,
Thanks for response, by the way I am just asking the federal level's concern and I think my concern is kind of common just about family matter at the last stage of processing.

Is this person mentioned in application assignment (2nd page)?

I don't have anyone assigned to my case on page 2, but so far all the e-mails I got was from the same person.

As a federal skilled worker thread all members on this thread have knowledge on this route for visa. Therefore your asking this question in the wrong thread!!

As other friends have suggested, you should comply. But you can send her state PCC which shouldn't take that long, and let the FBI process theirs in the meantime.

I recently had a discussion with an immigration lawyer and his reply was always comply with what has been asked by visa officer.

my 2 cents

No you shouldn't. Instead ask them for extension if you cannot provide them in given time frame. They are aware about FBI PCC delays, so give them the genuine reason. Provide them with what they have asked for. No if or but. :)

Thank you'll for the feedback. I will follow this.... :D

@ justChill_FSW2014 : Thanks! I took the prints from the local sheriff office as well and both failed.

@ zentury : Thanks! I took the prints from the local sheriff office as well and both failed. Moreover, I paid $45 per person to get them done! Which is why I need to go to another office where applicants have received their PCCs.

I don't mind driving upstate to get it done. Do you know if I have to be a resident of that county to get my prints? Can you please share the name of the county so I can contact them?

Usually all of these services at the sheriff's office are limited to the residents of that township only. Looks like u've already been that route, so better look for some private agency.

My question is:
