The details of my application so far are:
Application date: November 5, 2014
CC charged: January 8, 2015
ECAS LIVE: January 22, 2015 (still alive, THANK GOD!)

I have not received my PER yet, and I'm wondering if requesting GCMS notes at this stage would be helpful.

Looking forward to your responses, and thanks in advance for your assistance.

Wooooooo hooooooooooooo!!!!!!!! Just checked my email. Got my MR and RPRF and request of FBI PCC!! I'm so thrilled and excited right now, I could jump on the table and do the chicken dance! My emotions went something like this followed by ;D ;D ;D

Can someone tell me if this means I will not be required to undergo an interview?

yes it's in CPC-O, they replied to me only once and said that they have my file

I guess you have to re-check it even by a phone call.
I know a number of cases sharing the timeline as yours who are all stuck pending medical at Cairo Office,
