My relative and an applicant from this forum used caips.ca and received the notes in a timely fashion. Some use gcmsfile.ca (their fees are more reasonable), but I have no personal experience to report in regards to that website
i paid $5 though...

You are an inland applicant. Others can't apply for GCMS notes directly w/o proof of residency, such as a recent bill.

gotcha...

Hey Dip,

I got PER for both application at same time(within 20 mins) & received PCC,RPRF,MR on 13-Mar for Dec Application.

Does this mean they have automatically canceled 1st application OR it may still pop up for review & scrutiny ?
Having received MR, do I have reason to believe that employment verification is done ?
what is best time to order GCMS notes in my case ( my medical will be uploaded on 25th Mar) ?

They might get back to job verification at any moment and revise seldec, which is unlikely but still this possibility should not be disregarded completely. I think that you can order GCMS notes right away. They are very informative.

I can't guarantee that, it's just a deduction based on analysis of PPR trends in 2015...

Good night everyone,

The details of my application so far are:
Application date: November 5, 2014
CC charged: January 8, 2015
ECAS LIVE: January 22, 2015 (still alive, THANK GOD!)

I have not received my PER yet, and I'm wondering if requesting GCMS notes at this stage would be helpful.

Looking forward to your responses, and thanks in advance for your assistance.

Thank you for your speedy reply Diplomatru. I guess I just have to wait "patiently".

All the best with your processing, I hope you will get your DM and PPR very very soon.
