Well, unlike our applications with CPC karma has some certainty about it. It is reloaded once a week, and as soon as I have a +1 available I will click the 'good' button under your forum name.

I found 1 doctor in my current USA state & they have e medical facility.
Got an appointment after 2.5 week. Total cost of examination is quoted as USD($) 425/Adult & $150/minor.

Is the cost of examination normal ?
Any other suggestion to expedite &/or lower the cost ?

That is the market value for the medical exams... sorry brother

You should apply for GCMS notes ASAP.
HI Diplomatru, they say its useless before the MR at least and will only provide general information, how true is that?

Does anyone know how long does it take from Medicals being uploaded to 3rd line update?
I completed Medical checkup on 7th march and the hospital is emedical approved. I checked with the hospital and they said the reports are already been uploaded to CIC

I am on the same boat, medical done on 7th and hospital informed me they uploaded it on Monday 9th March. Eagerly waiting for third line. When should I start worrying, as the 30 days deadline for medical is going to end next week

Most of them got it the 'Medicals Received' 3rd line in 10 days.
Mine got in only after 9 weeks for unknown reasons.
Dec. 20 - meds done ... Feb. 13 Meds received.

I should have ordered GCMS to check the reason. (trying to save that extra penny). ;D

What is GCMS?
I know CSE (Case Specific Enquiry).

GCMS is like a 'Immigration system history' so to speak.
The reports a available upon request if you are within Canada (it's $5)
If you are outside canada, you can order it from some online sites.

This is similar to the 'Credit history' checks in US. But this is immigration related.

Hi,
Generally I would agree as at this point only CIO MI review results and file transfer will be available. Having said that, your timelines don't fall in 'general' category, so the notes might give you a clue.

Hi , I went to Dr. Byron anthony melboure.(read my last posts for more details)
And you can get your fingerprints done at Commissionaires . I went to their office at steels and weston rd. , cost was around $50 and took only 15-20 mins.

I personally went to Kitchener. Dr. Garrett charges 190 CAD, which seems like a bargain. He uploads results fairly quickly too.
RCMP fingerprints are usually required if you lived in Canada for more than 6 months. You can have these collected here http://www.commissionaires-cgl.ca/identification-services/fingerprinting/
I used their services for Japanese PCC application.
