It's a pain, considering that I sent in 3 sets both times and all of them got rejected!!! Moreover, they were all taken at the local PD. They must have installed a real fancy system in September!

In order to ask for an extension, do I reply to their email or do I need to open a CSE? It just sucks because my process will get delayed by a few more months; I was really hoping all of it to get over by July'15.

Yikes!!! I'm not sure what IT system FBI installed. Usually, IT system is suppose to quicken the process. Maybe they need to outsource it
I send an email. Just make sure you put this in subject line: "Attention: Program Assistant XXXXXXX - CPC-O". Replace XXXXXXX with your program assistant. It should be in email you received. Hopefully 3rd time is your lucky charm with FBI

Are the CIC call center agents even aware that most people get their applications processed within 7 to 9 months?

I love how they reply to you that processing time is 24 months and application in still in it's very early stage. Lol

I have 2 security screening activities. My criminality assessment started on 2014/12/03 and finished on 2015/01/21. The next day, I got my medical request.

I don't know the difference, they are all in my GCMS note. Received it yesterday and had Eligibility, Medical and Criminality passed for me and my family
