They should, but they are not constrained to do so. Due date is just a reference. I don't care about the third line much, I want a visa like everyone else )))

As per my observations PPRs arrive on the second week of the month (Jan., Feb). Let's see if this tendency holds in March.

I hope that is the case, diplomatru...

I remember waiting for 9 months for visa stamping after my medical for my study permit...omg haha

I pray that this time it will be speedy for all of us.

Ok i ve a situation here

as i send them so many times they send me a refusal letter
the problem is that the letter is adressed to my husband not to me
the otheer problem it says that he is not convinced with the experience letter as its not dated its written when i worked there but the manager of the pharmacy did nt write the date
what can i do now

can i send them email to give me time for other evidence for my work there or whay

Moamana : there was a case on the general FSW 2014 topic when they reused a file after charging CC and send NER email instead of PER although the applicant was calculating his points 75, he did use a lawyer in Canada who send them immediately and got that corrected to him to send the PER. I will search for that post and you can send that lawyer asking him for advise. that is the best solution and he did mention that this lawyer is specialized in such cases and know well how to deal with the CIC authorities

GUYS IM BACK!! After weeks of depression because of my refusal letter 20 days ago, I am finally back. I just want to share this experience to everybody who got a refusal letter or NER (instead of PER) and think that the refusal is unfair. I tried calming myself first, weighed all the points that CIC did not consider, and tried to put everything in an EMAIL or Fax it to CIO..Just be brief and concise..and SEND IT..wait patiently and still if there is no response after a week..Consult a Barrister Lawyer, the one who handles Judicial Review Case against Unfair CIC decisions...Present your case for Judicial Review because you have 15-60 day after you receive the refusal to contest the decision of any Visa Officer... The downside is the lawyers fee is 250$/hr...so I presented my case to this lawyer and even him was infuriated because I got 75 point total instead of 65 as per CIO refusal letter..So he prepared a letter stating all the facts and points and have me signed and attached all the supporting documents and sent it to the address found in my refusal letter... One clause I remember is "I HAVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK A JUDICIAL REVIEW IF NO ANSWER WILL BE RECEIVED FROM CIO".. The thing is He did not even charge me for that day and were chatting 2 hours about the case. He didn't charge me because he felt my depression as well and he is convinced that CIO messed up things for me..So just the other day...I received an email with a POSITIVE ELEGIBILTY REVIEW..now I am waiting for my medical...JUne 18 Applicant here...CC charged October 7.... Hope this helps..

This is the third case for egyptians in cpc-ottawa that files rejected beacause the officer is not convinced with job description .... Very weired

Yeah exactly, u know I decreased my expectations after knowing of this strange rejection reason though I know only another case not 2 as u said feeling depressed coz of that.
But another thing is that most of September first week applicants from Cairo didn't get communication till now except updating their reswdential address

God knows where the held up is..

Sorry for that
Do you mean that your experience letter was not dated with the time you started working with that employer and the time your contract ended? Or you mean the date at which the letter was written?

Question for US applicants in this forum
Has anyone used Emil P. Sfedu, MD (Philadelphia) or Howard Weiss (Morristown) for their medical exams? It will be 2 hours for me in either direction and so wanted to get some feedback so that I go to the better of the two.

Hi FSW_Applicant,

have you checked your ECAS? can you see when they started processing your app. :)

Thanks,
