I have a question for people who are waiting for passport request and the ones who have already received it!

Have any of you guys tried logging in Ecas using your RPRF receipt number? did it ever work?
I have paid my RPRF and already sent them the receipt by email one month ago, however I am not able to log in Ecas using the receipt number ???

U get or rprf and medical also with it?
Did u send proof of fund at the begining and which form they request statement for 6 monthes?

I only received e-mail for proof of funds. No I didn't send it in the beginning because I thought it wasn't necessary since am already here in Canada and the statement is for 6 months.

Visa stamp doesn't have my photo on it. Is this normal?

In the identification type, there is no option for RPRF. Receipt number is IMM 5401. That is the receipt for initial application fee, which you will receive from CIC-Sydney with PER. You will get application/file number, UCI and receipt for the application fee along with PER.

Receipt of RPRF is not a identification type to login to ECAS.

when does background check (security and criminality) check start? After you paid RPRF fees or once your medical is received by CPP? just trying to guess how much time it should take get PPR.

I paid RPRF 7th feb and Medical was received and updated on ECAS by CPP on 19th Feb. Is it fair to expect passport request by March end?

Received my passport with stamped visa and COPR!!. From mailing my application on May 30th to passport received on Feb 27th, it took exactly 9 months!, thanks to this forum and its members for the wealth of info and support. Good luck all, and hope to meet a few of you once I move to Canada.

If I have a pcc from July 2014 . Does it acceptable to send it to my visa office? Or it is considered an expired one?
