What I find interesting is that I called CIC yesterday and inquired about my due date and was VERY surprised when the agent said it was February 23 (on February 25 lol). It means they haven't opened it at all, hence no third line and no replies to my queries (Jan 20, Jan 30). This is very disappointing and could be a case that we have the same person handling the file.
Technically, they are not required to reply to our CSE when they are within timelines (27 months, sic). But what about the freaking due dates?
