how do you know that your file has been rejected...i ve been waiting for 60 days now after per but no mr or 2 nd line update ..it still in process...i am worried mid and late september applicants got their mr ...any advise will be very appreciated

Did u try sending them an e_mail asking whether your medicals received or not?
i suggest this to everyone waiting for his 3rd line to be updated , it was just the case with me, my medicals done: 10-2-2015 ,,i decided to send them e_mail on 19-2-2015 requesting to let me know if my RFRP & Medicals received or not actually they didn't reply but the next day morning i checked my ecas to find the 3rd line updated .. just a coincidence ? who knows ?? just try ..

Yes, I did on January 20. They never replied back. Then I got in contact with the NHQ Health Branch and they confirmed the receipt of medicals next day. CAS remained the same though. Good luck to you too.

I still don't see the 3rd line updated. It is already more than 2 weeks since the doctor uploaded my medical results. Isn't it weird?

I received medical 5th feb, did medical on 11th feb, uploaded by clinic on 15th Feb and 3rd line update on ECAS was on 19th feb. it was a surprise that 3rd line update happened so fast where in fact I received my medical request 45 days after the normal time frame. so really no idea how they work. I am sure 3rd line update is just one click issue in their system which a lousy officer is taking his own time to do.

No need to worry, as long as you don't see “Decision Made” in your ecas before MR.

Please guys, I need a suggestion. I was asked to send my daughter's renewed PP by email but I was not asked to extend her immigration document which expires 8 April, 2015. Do you think I should extend it as soon as I get the PP or wait until expiry? Anybody with such experience will be appreciated too.

Today is the day 60 after updating my ecas with the 3rd line, and still no PPR yet. I'm tired of waiting

affidavit from your friend wont help as its a clear signal for rejection. According to their (cic) statement, this fund must not be borrowed bla bla bla (whatever)....I will advise u to be patient, sit and think of what to say, you still have ATLEAST 30 days or maybe 60days...but I do not understand, which fund was borrowed & returned? $1300 or the $11000?.

Total $13000 i gave her and she returned me around $11000 in January and $2000 in Feb... that is why January statement shows around $11000 and Feb Statement shows around $13000.
Another problem is I don't have statement proof that shows I gave her

I called CIC and the super kind agent confirmed receipt of meds on January 8. She said that CAS is not always up to date and that's totally fine. Go figure lol.
