You will have to wait before she gets the MR. You get a pre-printed form with unique numbers for each applicants. Without that, I don't think so. You could had done upfront medical at the time of submission of application. For the moment, wait for MR. Once you get it, email it to your wife. Definitely she can do it from India.

Me, my wife and kid - we did medicals in India and trust me it is way cheaper there. ;)

I have not received my MR yet (CPC-O) and my wife will be traveling to India next week. Medicals in the US cost upwards of $450 and in India it costs 1/3 of the cost.

Since she is going to be in India for 3 weeks, is it possible for her to complete her MR in India without the VO asking sending MR? What documents will she require in order to get her MR completed and link it to our application when we receive notification from CPC-O.

It's not true. She can do an upfront examination that will be linked with #UMF when MR arrives.

Thank you! Are there any additional documents she will need to carry as well? As of now, I just have the PER email which has an application and UCI number.
Reading some of the other posts here, it seems as though she will need
1. photos - are these per Canadian PR specification or regular passport photos?
2. PER email from CIC as we haven't received the MR yet.

Any other documents needed?

Yes definitely. She can go for upfront medical without any issues. Good luck.

Hello Guys,

While waiting for PPR, I have few questions.

For those who applied from USA, have you guys started applying for a job in Canada? do you get interview calls? Do employers in Canada consider USA experience when considering candidate for a job? Please share your story to help me and others.

Guys,

Whats the latest date of PPR for USA applicants? Does anyone have an idea?

Bring PER email. They will put UCI# in the UMI form. No photos needed. Once they upload the results in a few days have the wife collect the eMedical form, scan it and email it to CPC against MR.

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone enjoying their Monday.

Need some advice and help if any one can.

I have received email from CPC for MR/RPRF and updated evidence of settlement fund(showing 6 months deposits/withdrawals history)

I haven't maintain my bank account balance, I gave $1300 to my friend in July and she returned half money in January and Half yesterday. it shows only 500 or 600 in Aug Sept Oct Nov Dec bank statement but in January statement shows 11,000 and Feb shows 13,000 with her eTransfer.

So question is should I explain to VISA office while I am sending the statements or wait until they ask me why there is big change all of the sudden?

Is this big issue, they will not refuse my VISA for this reason right?

Any advice please and thank you.

Hi Diplomatru,

Just curious about the 'next due date' mentioned in your signature. Did you get a letter from CPC-ottawa about your next due date of Feb 24.

However, I hope you get your 3rd line and PPR soon :)

If I get this right...your bank acct balance from aug to dec is btw $500 and $600?....if yes and you just have a sudden boost of $11,000 upto $13000 within 2months(jan & feb)...this is my advice: you will need to explain these sudden upsurge!!! if I may ask; are you in Canada? did you provide statement with your initial application?
