Hi Everyone. I have been a close follower of this thread even though i have not contributed. I got my Visa today and will like to share my timeline:

Application recieved: May 15 2014
processing started: October 3, 2014.
MR, RPRF, PCC request: October 6, 2014
PCC submitted: 6 January 2015
Passport Request: 9 January 2015
Passport recieved: 20 January 2015
Visa issue date: 27 January 2015
Tracker activated: 4 February 2015

On a lighter note, CIC requires that we are in good health as part of the requirements of this process: Can someone tell them that Hypertension should be removed from the list of medical concerns as the wait can actually induce the disease. ;D

Thank you to everybody for the advice and encouragement on this thread!

Need some expert opinion.
I have got the Medical request today. How much does it cost? I am a student, so need to make it within a limited budget.
Can you guys tell me the cheaper places for the medical tests in North Carolina, Georgia, DC, VA or even Maryland. I am living in North Carolina.

Will appreciate if you can give me some advice regarding this.
Thanks

Can someone please tell me where can I track the visa issue date? Is there a website or something?

Go on to the CIC website and go to the page for Physicians and copy down physicians in your are and then google them. They should have websites and the website should give you the price.

Google is your friend ;D

I got a reply from CPP:O regarding request of extension for FBI certificate.
I sent them an email on Jan 30th and got a reply today with an extension of 60 days; they mentioned they are aware of delay with FBI PCC
