Dear Colleagues,
I'm seeking your advise please.

I'm 8 May applicant, got PER on 13-Aug (almost 6 months) , nothing more since then ???
- I emailed Ottawa office more than once with no reply.
- I requested my GCMS couple of times and Ottawa hasn't stared working on my file yet

Now, what to do?
Also is the Ottawa fax working? I tried couple of times with error receiving it from Ottawa..

Not at a silly question at all my friend, the point is CPC-Ottawa don't publish telephone number, only email and fax.

urgent help please as after i finished paying the RPRF they sent me the receipt as a pdf file but when i opened it there was no edit to fill the form in the receipt , what can i do?

Yes, that's normal.

Some people print it, fill it by hand, then scan it again.

Personally, I just sent it as it is and they acknowledged the receipt of RPRF just fine

Yes or perhaps the visa officer finally read the email addressed to CPC-O and decided to update instead of replying.
