Please check again if RPRF is marked received in your file. 60 day from Medical request your file should have been Bring Forwarded(BF'd).

If you had completed all the required actions within the 60 days, you should have seen some communications at 60th day.

MR to PPR is 60 days or earlier, unless CPC-O is clogged. (if I were you) I would double check if VO is not waiting on me for some data from me.

Let you know, I got PPR at 6:10 PM today.

As a summary:

My application received :26 May
Per : 16 Sep
RPRf Request :30 OC
Mr request: 31 OC
Mr received : Nov 11

WOW....Congratsssss....

Finally CPC-O is working ...thank god.

It will have absolutely no negative impact on your file. I was also wondering the same question when I started ordering GCMS notes. I emailed the ATIP department and they replied: "You are entitled to make multiple requests and VO are unaware of such requests"

Thank you pepe84 very very much. This is what I was looking for. As Diplomatru suggested, I am going to try to use caips.ca right now ;D I'm sorry I cannot give you another +1 due to the 168 hr restriction.

You can check it in your GCMS notes (incoming correspondence), you will see the status of your RPRF receipt. Also, in the first page you will see if the RPRF field says: "outstanding" or "completed"

I was just about to send my request for GCMS notes and guess what ........ GOT PPR!!!!! (email 10 mins ago - by the way it is 6:20 PM Ottawa time, are they still working??)

How can one check if RPRF is marked received in his file? I emailed them on middle of Nov, they said my application is in final review and if anything needed they will contact with me. After that no news. What should I do now? Please advise !

Also, are you sending it through USPS or Fedex or any other carrier?

Im wondering if I should send CSE or apply for GCMS. My timeline as follows app recd 26th May, 10th Sept CC charged, 17th Sept PER, 31st Oct Meds and RPRF request, RPRF and Meds done 3rd Nov, Meds recd 11th Nov. Nothing heard since

Thanks! They didn't ask for the photographs, I suppose the photographs I had sent with the application were accepted. I am in Ottawa, so going to send via Priority Canada Post mail and enclose a Canada Post National envelope (even though I am in Ottawa, going to follow the instructions and get a National instead of Regional envelope).
