are you sure your doctor uploaded the MR results happened before doctor forgot to upload the results
you can contact them on their fax number ...written before that this worked for someone they rejected his application for a miscalculation and he cleared it
.

Sure, I will

You cannot make a case specific enquiry unless CPC Ottawa has started the communication with you. If you email them and they have not sent you any email before, your email will be forwarded to the CIO. It happens to me once, I emailed CPC Ottawa before getting any correspondence from them, after a month the CIO replied my email with a very general response.

If you wish, you can still email them but I am not sure this will help.

Make a specific case inquiry and explain the situation.

That is it,

Wait until you are asked for the MR and PCC,

Send your PCC with the required updated forms with a cover letter explaining the situation ( may be a copy of the explanation you mentioned in specific case inquiry )

and do not worry at all, these details are only important if you want to sponsor your family.

It does not affect your representation

If you already got your PER email with a file number and you are presently living in Canada, you can order as many GCMS notes as you want. It's free and you are entitled to make multiple requests. Once you order GCMS notes, the file will hit your email after 30 days. So if you want to see more updates in your file, I suggest you to order GCMS every week or every 15 days.

I am sure that CPC-O is busy for unknown something..My medical results have been received on 17/10/2014 and I didn't get PPR. I sent an inquiry email last week and they replied me at the same day (might be because the abnormal delay for my file).. They informed me that they received all information and my file is in queue for review...

So, I don't like anyone to be worried because of delay.. That is a common problem
Happy New Year

I got the same email two or three weeks ago. I wondwer why they are so very busy. Maybe they are being trained for EE?

I am afraid this is not true,
Here what it happened to me,

I received my PER in 28 Oct.

Then i wanted to add my newborn baby to my file,

I knew that my office is Ottawa, so I raised a specific case inquiry, then they replied me back after MR by the required documents.

So this saved a lot of time of course, or i would have to wait for 11 days after receiving my MR if i raised my inquiry after getting MR.

So my advice is to go for an inquiry and they will replay in a week to 3 weeks.

Finally got my 3rd line updated about medicals being received.

I am not in Canada.. Would ordering a GCMS notes speed up the process?
