Dear friends,

I sent an email to CPC email address and another one using Case specific inquiry about confirming the receipt of documents(PCC,RPRF, other info) that sent to them 10 days ago.I got a reply directly from CPC email address in 10 days and I got another one in 20 days( the one that i used the case specific inquiry).

In the first one they simply said they received the documents and they updated my file but the in the second one that I received 10 days after the first one was the following:

"We hereby acknowledged receipt of your email. Please note that your application appears nearly completed. It is presently in queue for a final review. We will be in contact with you to advise on any further actions that may be required on your part."

SO I DO NOT THINK CPC WILL TERMINATE CURRENT APPLICANTS AND IF THEY WOULD, THEY WOULD SIMPLY SAY SO IN THEIR RESPONSE

So,I think CPC works in either:
1- they want to complete all the applications until December 31 with MRs because its time consuming process( in addition the majority of CPC applicants needs FBI report which takes alot of time)then they will work all PPR which is not a time consuming process. OR
2- They will process MRs for applicants until very last few days of the year then work on PPR which gives time during the holiday to applicants to send their passport to CPC.

Again these are just my thoughts

I have figured out why there is a delay in CPC-O for sending the PPR.

CPC-O has decided to give something nice to the applicants waiting for PPR because of the Christmas time. SO they have ordered a new visa stamping machine that will stamp the visa with the face of Santa Claus beside the maple tree. They also have ordered number of gift boxes to send the passports back in instead of the Canada xpress post envelop.

Also, there are negotiations now that they would let Santa himself send pack the reports with visa stamped.

So cheer up, once the new visa machine , the gift boxes reaches CPC-O and they finish negotiations with Santa, they will start sending the PPRs.

Hi every one

I am new to the group, I'm waiting MR and PCCs request. Actually, I got an email from CPC-Ottwa, they have requested an updated job reference letter from the current employer. After few days, I have sent the required document by email as per their request, I requested to confirm that they have recieved the email but I got only an automated email.

My question is I didn' submit the PCCs til now but after got the PER in October, I managed to get all PCCs (from Egypt, UAE and Oman), these PCCs are about to be expired, can I send them now to CPC-Ottwa without there request or what should I do. Please notice that in my email to them I have asked same question and I didn't get ant reply (almost 3 weeks now)

Did CPC-O ask for the updated job reference to be sent via email?
Did you include all the details that is required (as shown in the automated email)? Otherwise, you will not get any answer. i.e. Let's say you added file number, UCI and everything except Date of Birth, they will not respond to your email. Ensure that you include everything.
I would have awaited to send PCCs after they requested it but since they were about to expire, I guess you did the right thing.
Follow up once with all inquires and mention all details required.

They have requested to send the letter via email. I just replied the email which already contain my data and attached the letter as they requested.

I guess, you are requesting them the way they like and thus CPC-O is responding back...

Latest MR from CPC-O is July 22, 2014 as per SS
