CiscoGuy,

When are u expecting your PPR?
I had a guess date of November 27 based on 2013 traits and 2014 Spreadsheet. However, we can only speculate when Ottawa will start showering us with PPR.

I should have asked here before I sent those docs . I already mailed out RPRF receipt and PPR and its enroute . What are my options now ? Just wait for medicals to be updated or should I go ahead and mail other packet with Medicals receipt .
Its not mandatory but optional. No need to worry much. Its just that you are sending proof of medical examinations from your side when you have to send/pay for RPRF courier fee anyway.
I HOPE THAT YOU WROTE YOUR FILE NUMBER on the package as it is explicitly mentioned in the RPRF email.

Yes Cisco
do u have any date in mind for PPR?
Not anymore....I don't know what to base any gestimates anymore with Ottawa.

They Didn't mentioned to me anything about sending documents .....

They just requested :

1. Medical examination for yourself.
2. Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for yourself.
i) You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca
3. Copy of Biographical page of new passport for yourself.

then Its Written like this:

" The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this e-mail. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated above."

But there is no address written above....? :o

What to do now..? and do they ask everyone to send a copy of passport or its just me..?

For you, it's an email address. Just send everything by email. Is your passport expiring soon? Passport copy is asked if your passport is expiring soon so that the VO has a copy of your renewed passport.

Friends!!!!!

What best can be done in scenario where EMedical have been done and ECAS have not been updated even after 20 days? I see many friends here having issue with that. What can we do best in this situatiion can we see medical system how they sent it out. Contacting VO through EMail takes 20 days by then it will be too late

So, Plz suggest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Passport is still good for 1 year and 7 months... I was confused too as it was written " biographical page of new passport" and then it was written it must be valid for 6 months... :o ... So shall I renew my passport before sending ..?? :o :(

Contact your physician office where you did medicals. Ask whether they uploaded the result or no. In parallel, send email to CPC-O.

Friends,
I had asked Diplomatru regarding slow processing time of PPR by CPC-O. Below is his reply

Look, these emails that we receive are just tip of the iceberg. VO doesn't do any checks during security stage, but they depend on third parties. During security check there are like 6 authorities that need to submit information to the adjudicator, and each time she/he receives some new information she/he updates GCMS entry. Once they receive all emails, they update CAS with DM.

So it is not about Ottawa or other VO being fast or not on the post MR stage. Their partners at other departments can have a hard time with managing the requests from all VOs.

If that is the case, we shall expect 30 - 40 days delays in PPRs due to huge inflow of applications...!

CPC-O Guys,

Get ready to wait for 60-70 days for PPR after Medicals.(At present it is 41 days as per SS)

Hey Cisco guy,

Just noted this. You are not expected to write application number on the package itself. That's the sensitive information. When they say mention it on correspondence, meaning on to a cover letter to help locate the application. I have been told in all the communications with CIC to never disclose UCI, Application number in public.

In RPRF email, they say to include Application number in the correspondence. Just trying to highlight the info about sensitive data.

I think cpc-ottawa is very busy issue visas to CEC people. One can look at their thread. Everyday CEC people are getting PPR
Requests. Other VOs around the world do not have to deal with CEC people. So I suspect CPC_ottawa PPR request time have increased to 3-4 months after medical for FSW people
