On CIC website, it says that cec needs 14 months to be finalized. They started to get ppr after waiting 18 months (add 4 months).
In our case, CIC says that they need 11 months. Add 4 months and we get to the end of March 2016 (our deadline). In another word, ottawa has added 4 months to all applications processed at their office. They just haven't updated the website yet. That's why we all have the same deadline.

To sum it up, we cannot expect any ppr before March 2016. That's just my analysis.

Trust me man, i am not happy either lol. I am really depressed now. It sucks that we keep on postponing and changing our plans :/

My only wish for our deadline is not to have any further extensions.

It is too bad! I do not know , did you contact the call center? I called them couple days ago and they told me the annual targets for my category might already been reached. Because of this, I may expect a decision early in the next year. I hope in January something happens.

It is just my analysis. When i call, they say my file is in process. So i gave up on calling them.

I guess the agent means the normal processing time.

I think it means each office issue a limited numbers of visa per year, I usually call call-center several times, some agents have better personality and provide more information while many of them not

wait some agent actually stated that the annual target for FSW for 2015 have been met? if that's the case, then we will hear something in January! hopefully.

I was checking EE applicants forum and saw that even today some of them have received PPR! I hope this nightmare ends for us in the next year.

log into your eCAS and change your address or raised CSE to your visa office stating what changed

I applied for skilled worker category in Nov 2014 under PhD stream. Today I was checking my status online and I realized it says they have contacted me on Nov.18 asking for some documents. However, I have not got any email from them at that date. I am pretty sure I also checked my spam folder once in a while. In the last email I got from CIC, they had asked me to renew my passport and send them the copy, which I did before Nov18.

what do you think I should do? It is more than a month since Nov18 and I have no Idea what they have asked me for. Can someone please tell me what I should do right now?

quickly raised CSE to your visa office and explain to them that you hhave not received any mail from them

Call the help center and email cpc ottawa.
