LVO sent me an email asking to submit FBI clearernce if I stayed in US for 6 months and during my travel history it happen one time, I wonder how can I get that or if anyone has ever order this before. Please advise.

If you aren't an American citizen or legal permanent resident then you're looking at a 11-14 week wait at minimum been through it 2 times already there are no other options.

​What is LVO ​means? What is your visa office?

FBI report needs 90days to be processed. do as soon as possible.

It is good news. Anyway, the CPC-Ottawa are work on the 2014 FSW applications, although it is very slow. Congrats!!

Just like Joseph, it is now showing as Decision Made in my ECAS but stil no PPR, my timeline is listed on the left.

​today, I get an email from CPC-Ottawa regarding my inquiry about the status of my application. They said "Your application appears nearly complete. It is presently in queue for a final review. We will be in contact with you to advise on any further actions that may be required on your part."

I've applied for my wife's family sponsorship case and it's currently in process in London visa office, she had a 10 year multiple visit visa from the US and since her father works in the airlines she use to get free tickets to travel but I've already send all the travel history to the officer since she had frequent trips to the US but trip was never stayed for full 6 months or more then 6 months as I just cross checked her passports and it says 5 months and 12 days was the max trip. I'll share the question with you below please read and suggest if I should still send the clearernce to them since question says 6 months or more then 6 months.

FBI Clearernce: If your residence period in the US has been 6 months or longer the since the age of 18, provide an orignal FBI clearernce certificate.

But on cic website it says if you applied for a permanent resident case you need to submit FBI clearernce.

Please advise.

Does the CIC require you to submit the FBI report? If does, just provide such document no matter how long your wife in US.
