Hi,nbminister said:today, I get an email from CPC-Ottawa regarding my inquiry about the status of my application. They said "Your application appears nearly complete. It is presently in queue for a final review. We will be in contact with you to advise on any further actions that may be required on your part."
anyway, it is better than no response at allPyrocasterX90 said:Hi,
Looks like a canned response - got a similar email over one month ago, don't know how close it really is to completion.
hope you will get PPR soon 8)nbminister said:anyway, it is better than no response at all

Does the CIC require you to submit the FBI report? If does, just provide such document no matter how long your wife in US.SN1718 said:Dear friends,
I've applied for my wife's family sponsorship case and it's currently in process in London visa office, she had a 10 year multiple visit visa from the US and since her father works in the airlines she use to get free tickets to travel but I've already send all the travel history to the officer since she had frequent trips to the US but trip was never stayed for full 6 months or more then 6 months as I just cross checked her passports and it says 5 months and 12 days was the max trip. I'll share the question with you below please read and suggest if I should still send the clearernce to them since question says 6 months or more then 6 months.
FBI Clearernce: If your residence period in the US has been 6 months or longer the since the age of 18, provide an orignal FBI clearernce certificate.
But on cic website it says if you applied for a permanent resident case you need to submit FBI clearernce.
Please advise.
