They confirmed they have received your medical results, right?

I don't think anything is wrong. They have just added additional lines on ECAS. You are absolutely fine. Don't worry. Now wait for TLU and DM and/or PPR

Do not worry, it is a good sign that you have updates of your ECAS, which means they are processing your case.
Have you checked it this morning? or it is just updated this afternoon :
Actually I am more worried as I do not have any progress and I know lots of people said they have multiple lines right now

Yes, they confirmed , they receiver RPRf and medical reports.

But I have a question about travel history, hope some one can answer me. Thank you!
When I submitted the application, I was in USA and my husband was in China.
My husband got B1/B2 visa and went to USA visiting me this year at Feb. (after the application) for 2 months and then went back to China.
I don't know should I update this short travel history after the application?
I am the primary applicant.

What kind of information we must update to CIC? I cannot find the link. Anyone can share me?

· Have you given birth or adopted a child?
· Do you intend to get married or divorced prior to becoming a permanent resident?
· Do you intend to give birth or adopt a child prior to becoming a permanent resident?
· Have you or your family members been charged or convicted of a criminal offence?
· Have you changed your contact information: e-mail address/mailing address/telephone number?

If any of these conditions apply, you must inform CPC-O immediately:

guys don't worry the lines are of not that much importance..it just says that CPCO has sent some documents through mail to the applicants..the major worry is no updates coming out of CPCO..so lets pry they start sending Dm/PPR soon..!!
