FSW 2014 - CPC OTTAWA - Visa Office - Let's Connect Here

Hello guys.
I applied for fsw2014 on dec 2014.Got per in March and MR in may and already done medical.i sent to ottawa to add me new born baby and they sent me email which accordingly i sent mail including:
New generic form and additional family for me and my spouse
My baby birth certificate
My baby passport's copy
The mail was recieved on May 1st but havent heard anything so far from ottawa nor i get any info for my baby MR.i this normal.i there anything i should worry about.

i am almost in the same situation but i send my baby documents by mail and by Email on 2nd June and tell now no replay i dont know why it takes all this time

There is nothing to worry about. But you guys can call CIC and inquire if they have received documents and if it has been updated.

another friend who is a Dec 17th applicant got this MR yesterday along with RPVF and PCC request.
the club for people waiting for MR is getting very small day by day ..!!

Any idea if he directly had his MR or he'd received SLU before?
Was DA20220 his case officer?

Yep its the same officer ..
and he did not receive the SLU before in fact his ECAS was not working yesterday and before that it was just a single line ..i guess it may be getting updated..

I believe DA20220 is the most active and fastest case officer at CPC-Ottawa
More than half December cases I knew are handled by him.
I think that our files are assigned to another officer who isn't as fast as DA

I agree with you
I think your files are assigned to RK6165 and he usually updates stuff on Thursday and Friday (we haven't seen any activity from him since long so should be seeing it soon)

Thats a long time. Have you tried calling them at the call center?

I will try calling them today.....earlier also, i had called them for my MR (i got it 104 days after PER) but they replied that since the application is within 18 months timeline, they wont be able to provide any updates....

I agree with you. He may be RK6165. I also thought he may be GB01592 who is the slowest ever. In some cases he used to giving a SLU then send an MR after 3-4 weeks.

I have hardly seen MR from anyone else in DEC other than DA20220.
I think they have given him all the remaining files of FSW 2014 and assigned rest of the officers some different work..
That's why majority, i guess 80-85% of people who have got the MR have got it from DA20220.
it might also explain why the process has gone so slow.

Then why would he chose late Dec applicants over early and Mid? :-X

Please submit your Police certificate from India. We wish to inform you that your application is still in process. An officer will be in contact with you in due course. In the meantime, we would ask for your patience.

Or may be isn't. He is the one who just responded to your query

PCC can be sent at any time during application so it doesn't have any specific stage as Medical does. May be he checked your application and saw that PCC is pending. He may not have authority to send Medical request though.
