I read somewhere that you don't even need to go to the US side to get a refusal. Just tell the guys at the Border that you are there for landing and they will help you to cross the border and get the landing done..no need to get the refusal letter from US Customs.

Hi Grace! im in Vancouver, BC. Been here since March 2014

When I do my landing at the border I think I would cross to the US side and a guard or official will give me a refusal letter.
Would you have any idea if I need a US visa? I dont think I need one bec I dont have an intention to enter the US but Im just making sure

Administrative refusal has no impact on your US visa application at later stage as it is not a rejection.

"Have you ever refused entry to US" in the application forms should be answered "NO".

Do not apply for US visa just for landing purpose as if you give them that reason chances are they might reject your application telling that you don't need US visa in order to complete your landing and that will be a rejection which you will have to mention at the time of applying US visa at later stage. It happened with my friend so I know it.

Congrats and +1 to you. Does your ECAS status show correct address?
You can reply back to the same email mentioning the correct address.
For RPRF, its given clearly with the link and how to make the payment, get the receipt etc and send the pdf attached to the emil to "cost recovery" email. PCC you have to send to the originals to physical address of CIC Ottawa.
And regarding medical, it should come in sometime or by tomorrow. I got both in back to back emails.

You can pay rprf fee online, save the receipt in the end and email the receipt to the given email address
You need to mail original pcc to the courier address
