TFR-Eligibility date is file transfer date, right? The thing is that there are applicants which their PER date is around Jan. 15 and still haven't heard anything back from CPC-Ottawa. This trend started since 2 or 3 weeks ago with no new MR for Phd stream applicants. That s why we started worrying!

Yes, it's Transfer to Visa Office for Eligibility assessment. The processing times are increasing, but I see no grounds to get worried, since you cleared the CIO stage and made it within cap.

My file's movement looks like this:

Registry=>FSW-REG=>HD3=>CPC-O Program Integrity=>FSW-REG (latest location)

Next stop is APPEARS RFV=>FSW-APR (month abbreviation for final review by AD)=>PR Printing

Looks different for me though....

Registry =>FSW-REG => HD3 => DS016908 => JH01572 => RK6165 => FSW - Appears RFV

we never know exactly what it is....

Hi, DS01068 evaluated my points and recommended pass...

then, it went to JH0572... he typed every thing is okay and passed eligibility and asked RK6165 to send me medicals and rprf...

RK6165 on feb-10 (after receiving medicals and passport scan copy) sent my file for officer's review

In my case JH01572 made selection decision (eligibility)=>RK6165 sent RPRF and issued meds
