Don't panic,you will be attended to very soon.
What to do-Contact your DD issuer to find out if it has been encashed.
Contact CIC-Yes,you can contact CIC via email but you will only get reply in 45 days time.

Mailing cic wouldn't b any help as it will take a long time to get a reply .
I had contacted my bank , got no good news .
Checking mailbox every now n then ..... No mail from cic !

Augustians. What is the latest email date CIO replied. Already asked but no one replied.
 
Day before yesterday I got confirmation from my bank that my DD is not outstanding in their Nostro account and CIC has presented DD for encashment.

DearRatri02, I read in another forum an 5th Aug. applicant NOC4011 charged on 11th Nov. and got his per on 18th, Nov. but I don't think it's common.

may be you will get this week i am 25th august applicant and my card charged yesterday.and waiting for mail
