you shouldn't have any problem at all. The latest CIC cap update came after the August applications completeness checks had been concluded. Some part of september would be in the 1000 cap.

My situation is similar to krsna05,
NOC : 2171
App received date : 30-Aug-2014
Now that 2171 has capped, do I stand a chance? Please advice.

My application received Date : 05 Aug 2014
Payment Mode : DD
NOC : 2133

Till date I have not received any email from CIC.
My DD (From ICICI India) has not been en-cashed till date.
I have not received my package back.

Could you please suggest what might be the status of my application ?

Any other members here of date 05 Aug 2014 can please share their status ?

Do you think if there is any hope for me ?

generally it takes 4-6 weeks to get the package back.if its been rejected you should have been received by now . it means its been under consideration . May be there will be good news soon.
