So, the end of August is getting in in the end of November . 3 months. It looks like September's will be charged in Dec- January (Dec is a short month due to X-mas holidays), then obviously October applications - in January-February 2015...

How about for dd applicant, aug 27, noc 1212? When it will be encashed?

Guys, I am not sure if my analysis is correct but now that we see 2171 was already capped maybe they will now return on reviewing August applicants for 2173. I guess they had their full attention to 2171 for the last few weeks so it will be capped and all IT hot NOC's will now reviewed thoroughly. Also, it will stop other to-be-applicants to send docs on IT NOC's. Thus, in the few more weeks we can hear 2173 moving till end of August.

This is just my 2 cents. I hope I am right on this.

As per the previous mails by seniors,

1. All the applications that have successfully gone thru completeness check will be part of CAP
2. Completeness was done till August 27 as per the stats.

Keep your hopes alive and positive

could you please clarify what do you mean by "Completeness was done till August 27 as per the stats." ? Do you mean that CIO did take all applicants till August 27 into the cap ?

My application was received August 28, received by "M K".
I started losing hope that I am in cap. No explanation why there is no any payment encashing since those who applied in August 12 ?

I have paid using money order (I am not sure what do you mean by DD as a payment method guys), is there a way to know when they get the money order encashed ?
