NOC : 2174.
Payment Mode : DD

91 days no Mail from CIC. (Neither UCI Nor Returned)

Can Anybody Know What are the chances ??

Where here I see some of mid august dd hs been encashed!
I dnt wanna loose hope n surely wanna think I'm gonna get the mail soon but when ?? I dnt know

My application was received on August 13.
I provide bank draft - cheque for payment method.
Check today at my bank to see if the many draft was en-cashed and they told it has been en-cached but were not able to provide me with details as to when it happened.

Guy, does this means my application is processed?

Should I wait now for PER email?

Hi All,
Till date I have been a passive spectator in this forum... just reading the msgs.....
My NOC 2132 with DD mode of payment and my appln reached CIC around 8th Aug (applied thro a consultant)....I just got verbal confirmation from my bank that my DD has been encashed by CIC.....Hope to receive PER mail soon...
Hope this news will give a +ve feel for some forum members who hv given DD and submitted appln around Aug 1st week.

Congratulations buddy. Mine is also NOC2132 and my CC charged on 18th August. Wish good luck for us to receive PER mail very soon.

I have seen in the other forum a 4th September being charged.. A big jumped once again. I believe during this months of August onwards, fewer and fewer applications have been received by CIC-CIO. Thus, the charging are taking place quite fast.

Lets all have our hopes up all the time and always have positivity..

For now all we can do is relax and everything will be in its place. In God's time..

Here lets have some beer and unwind a bit..

No need of loosing hoping sis, the DD charging is going little slow and as we have seen some earlier updates no message from bank on DD charging but it had been en-cashed and people have received PER. I think you will directly see PER mail in few days time. Wish good luck for all of us by grace of almighty we will get ours soon.

Does anyone know the validity of a foreign DD?? 3 months is for within INDIA.. 11 Aug DD- more than 3 months..

The international dd has 6 months validity, if a validity date is not mentiomed explicitly.The seniors in the forum had shared this earlier.
To add more, I was following up with my bank on my DD status today morning and was able to get hold of the forex team manager.

He clearly told me it's 6 months and he seemed to understand that immigration application status is dependant on that DD.
The customer care and personal banking team answers with respect to a local DD.

With the grace of God. My CC charged 1 hour before:

NOC : 2133
File reached : 21st Aug
CC charged : 20 Nov

Got a message from my friend (whose CC already charged 3 days before for same NOC) about my CC charging status and after 5 min's message flashed for charging.

May all Augustian will get the same soon!!!
