Got my 3rd line update today

So what is happening next?
Does this means everything is fine with the medicals? Can I be asked for additional exams?
I know I should get PPR at some point - a month from now?
Can I assume the PR is 90% done?
I am so happy but also scared as I am coming close to the dream.

Medical Request

At this stage we receive Medical instruction + Add docs +PCC + RPRF(+ In India PP request as well). All applicants as well as all dependents (accompanying or not) will be required to pass the medical requirement. The Medical examination requirement is mandatory and serves the following purpose.

To protect the health of Canadian.
To protect the safety of Canadian.
To reduce and prevent excessive demand on Canada's health and social services.


Note: The medical report is valid for one year from the date of completion.


Security Clearance

Each applicant over the age of 18 is required to pass the security requirement. All applicants must prove that they are not a threat to the safety of Canadian Society. Applicants provide this information through Police Clearances which the applicant must obtain directly and by passing the background clearance which the immigration authorities obtain on behalf of the applicant.

After receiving Medical results by Regional Medical, they enter into GCMS 4.0 system, after that Otawa, Canada Check the medical results if they don't satisfy they email to applicant for further test, if they satisfy and approve the results they generate the following line of ECAS.

When you get "Medical Results Have Been Received" update, can you confirm that everything is good with the medicals?

Dear Remi, Dont worry i also applied on 14th august and got the SL update on 5th Feb , till then no MR yet we have to be lil Patient.

Receipts of MR + RPRF Fees received by NDVO Security Guard (Fedex courier) : 31/03/2015

I am worried RPRF fees sent to NDVO. How can we be sure that they have opened my envelope and link my online payment to my UCI application manually at their end.

Pls confirm.

Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum, i couldn't find out where i should post this question, so I commented like this.

I applied on 24th August 2014 and my first line status states that they received application on 29th August 2014. Then my second line status states that they started processing on 25th February 2015. But after that there is no new updates or even medical request.

I understood from this forum that, medical request will send with the second line updates. If i correct, then what will be the issue.. could u please anyone help me to sort this out.

Remi.... This sequence is correct.
Second line is when the request is passed to your local VO.
Medical request would come in a mail from your local VO.
Third line is Medical Received. This happens almost 7-15 days after your MR submission.

I have one question though. I have not received RPRF request with my MR.
Is that coming next and after that PPR/DM? Whis this affect the estimate timeframe of min 30 days and max 60-90 days.
