Actually, it's just a way or a symbol here in the forum for giving feedbacks to fellow members. As you can see below member's Profile forum name, there is "good" & "poor". +1 for good or a -1 for poor. Somehow a rating in giving a fellow member who answered your query satisfactorily, and likewise giving a +1 to someone for a positive news announced.

For your 2nd query. I too, my PER never mentioned any particular VO, and the recently updated Generic form never asked for a preferred VO for application to be processed. I believe, CIC has decided where best to send your file. As for you, i assume will be at New Delhi VO. You can expect an email notification from them when they require you to get your medicals done.

Actually, I'm thinking of going back to my home country after the first land then searching for a job while I am in my home country.
So, I would like to know how much time can I stay in my home country and search for job remotely without losing the visa.

Oh, i think i understand regarding your query. For those i have read in the global forum. Most of them suggest, if your in this kind of situation. You can land in Canada within the validity of your VISA stamped on passport. After completing the formalities, you should be able to provide them a residential address in Canada (relative or friend perhaps) so they can mail you your PR card which usually sent within 3months time.

You can leave Canada 1 or 2weeks time upon landing to return to your country to continue working. Don't have any issue on that. However, your relative or friend who will be receiving your PR card should courier it to you in your home country. Coz it is the only thing you can present to the immigration officer for re-entry and when you plan to move back to Canada for good.

I got my PER on 3rd Dec, when can I expect MR from NDVO? It looks like NDVO is slowing down

Hi Manish, base on NDVO trend. Normal time range from PER to MR is at 45-60days.

Bro, i know someone here in the forum as well. He's also an SGVO, 2nd July applicant. He had lost his hopes for the PER. He then raised an email inquiry to CIC on 2nd Nov. He just got a reply recently 24th Dec. Normal response time from CIC is at 45-50days.

Much to his surprise, content in the response email says his application has been forwarded to SGVO and in processing. That only means he may have missed his PER email, or the email may have probably lost its way.

So i suggest you can raised an email inquiry for your file as well. Just follow steps below.

Pls send an inquiry via mail to CIC using the email below with the subject line titled "FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER"
cio-sydney-search-enquiry@cic.gc.ca

Content of mail should include
1.Full name-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
2.Date of Birth-DD/MM/YYYY
3.Passport Number-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
4.Nationality-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
5.UCI #(IF APPLICABLE)
6.Tracking details of parcel with courier name-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
7.Date of delivery(If known)

with the details stated above.

Hi Buddy, I'm in the same boat as you...I wonder if my application is travelling back to me and for what reason this might be.
According to the bank, my DD was charged on 10 December . I got no PER / NER email yet.
Do CIO send a NER email , or they just return the application by snail mail?

Jun & Jul applicants from ndvo. Aug applicants should wait
like water from dropping tap from ndvo, has to cross
verification hurdle. meantime Dakar Sep/Oct applicant will
get visa... my guess..
