Today is the last working day of the the current week. Something tells me that all applicants who are eligible, should receive the PER by today or may be over the weekend. Otherwise I am fearing the worst as CIO must be moving on with the September applicants in next few days.

Ladies & Gentlemen, Fellow Canadians,

I am relieved to report that I have received the elusive, much awaited and much fretted over : PER. It took 113 days but it finally arrived a few minutes back. I want to give hope to people waiting, like I was till a short while back. Hang in there, don't worry if people ahead of you start getting the good news, because CIC happens to be a little up and down. Try to chill out and not lose sleep like I did. Your moment will come.

Hi there!

I don't think so. You need to have your application # or UCI # (Unique Client Identifier) before you can access the status of your application in ECAS (site to check your app status). The numbers mentioned above will only be available after you received your PER.

Keep the faith! I have seen in the posts that a number of people in the same NOC group has no PER yet! Maybe CIO received a number of applications in that NOC at this period, hence, the little delay in PER issuance. Stay positive!

It has been more than two weeks since I got my UCI through cic customer service, since then I have been trying to login but system was not finding information about my application. Suprisingly, today morning I logged-in and it says "In Process" "We received your application for permanent residence on 25, August 2014"

Waiting for the golden email.

NOC : 2173
Application Received : 8th Aug 2014
Mode of Payment : DD
VO : New Delhi, India
Bank : State Bank Of India
Status : Neither I got an NER nor my DD is en cashed.

Last I heard from the forum is a DD for 2173 is enchased for 8th Aug Application and CC is enchased for 12th Aug application. Does this mean that my application has a negative report ? If so, how can i get the information of the reason for NER.
