You should get a Toronto Address.
On the top Right it says WES CANDA / WES USA ( Its the opposite if it shows USA you are on the Canada Website - it is the link to the other country.)

Is there any way of checking that i have applied for WES USA or CANADA?? .


actualy i have registered...and made payment for assesmnt at WES...got m referance no tooo ... bt the academic form which i downloaded mentions the address of new york USA at bottom.. ???

Hello,
i'm logging in after a few weeks here.
i have a few queries regarding my PR application.
i have send my application to Canada which was received by CIC on 16th of June, 2014.
I have been in constant touch with CIC through their mail id, once every 4 weeks, but have not got any replies yet.
my quires are as follows.
1) which comes first, payment encashment or PER mail?
2) Can some body, give me the call center no for contacting CIO for people outside Canada?
3) is there any other way to contact CIC other than mail or call center, for getting a status update?
4) It has been 17 weeks since my application, people who send applications after me, have received PER / Payment encashment. What could be a problem with my application? ( I'm fairly certain that my application was complete and i had produced every documents that was required)

If some body could answer these,it would help ease my doubts.

Hello Experts,

I am sending a self declaration affidavit, a reference mail transcript and HR denial mail transcript for the letter of reference requirement since I am not able to get the duties listed on the company's letter head due to company's policy. Do I need to add some kind of cover letter as well to explain my situation here ? Already in affidavit, I have mentioned that I am not able to get the letter of reference from employer due to company's policy.

writing alone an affadavit does not hold much value. you have to give a self affadavit and then an affadavit from a colleague confirming your duties and responsibilities. However you said your superiors have left the company in that case you can ask your team members to vouch for you.

if you cannot provide that then the email from the company confirming that they do not provide reference letter should be attached and sent to CIC they will definately consider it.

Suppose I do not want to claim points for a work experience (managed to cross 67 mark with other credentials) so how should I show that - is there a need for a covering letter stating the same or in the absence of a Reference Letter, CIC automatically do not take points into consideration for such experience or Do they return the file stating the absence of work experience reference letter.

Slight confusion

Im an HR Professional and was applying under NOC 0112 (Human Resource Manager)

How many points i would get for experience as :

1) Under NOC 0112 my experience is 1.5 years
2) Under NOC 1223 (HR Officer) , my experience is 7 years. (Would i get points for Under NOC 1223 as this category is closely related to 0112)

Let me know so that i can send in my application.
