not much...medicals done 28 january. visa expiry 5th feb 2016
If I am not wrong

That means you completed your Medical Examination on January 28th, VO received it on 5th Feb, 2015, and that why your visa expires on 5th Feb 2016.

You might have received 3rd line on 7th or 8th Feb.

Congrats baykus.

Usually MR received line means that it has been reviewed and in all probability things are in order.

You say 2nd Line in e-CAS. I always thought MR was the 3rd line. 1st being file received date, 2nd the processing date. Which one do you not see?

I dont have the one with process date

While CIC can reject a file at any stage. With each step further the probability reduces.
Post PER, once the file reaches VO. All levels where a VO is not in sync with the application, before a rejection, a procedural fairness letter is sent giving 30 days to furnish supporting evidences to the highlighted issue.

One of cases where a letter is not sent is when right at the start the VO is not in agreement with CIO's points awarded to the application and by his count its below 67.

Usually, 95% - 97% (not stastical but based on my experience so far) is the throughput of applicants applies against received visa.

All the best.

thanks for your reply...

what u think how many maximum days cic took so far to send PER mail after charging?

Regards

In all probability its either of the 2.

1) Issue with the link or you browser or e-CAS issue( people have shared cases where they could get info and post a few days it was back up)
2) You inadvertently ended up selecting the remove access to e-CAS checkbox.

Over the last 9 month's I have seem people report it in a range of 10 days to 60 days post charge confirmation.

So what I said is correct.

Visa expiry is one year from the date VO receives your Medical Result. Not one year from the day you did your Medical. :)

Hey,

I wanted to know would it possible to go to another country like US to study after you get your PR?
I'm an Indian citizen currently but I might have to go to the US to study. Would that be possible?
Is there a minimum time period for which I have to stay there?

Please help me out

Thanks!

You can go where ever you want. But to maintain your PR status you have to be in Canada for atleast 2 out of 5 years.
