Hi Friends,

Below are my timeline

Application reached on : 20th Oct, 2014.
CC Charged on : 23rd, Dec, 2014
PER received : 06th March, 2015
Waiting for second line update :

I have received my PER very late, almost 74 days after CC charged and 138 days after application reached, which is quite late compare to average processing time . Now I am eagerly waiting for second line update, so far I have not received any AOR might be due to NDVO.


I am not sure what might be reason for such delayed processing, Any October applicant who has received their second line updates ??

Well, do remember signing a few papers but never thought of reading it through. One of them could have been the decleration.
I got my meds from Max Panchsheel in New Delhi if that helps.

There was a AIDS test result consent form to be filled which is required by government of India to release the medical result to Canada. Did you guys fill this at the hospital along with other information?

Get a new one and share copies via raising a CSE. At the time of stamping, send along the old passport too. That should be enough.
I dont think it's that complicated as you think it is :D

Well, my visa office is actually not London. But I can tell you that for me also it took 3.5 months. At that time they sent MR request along with PCC request and Fees request in a sudden flurry of activity. So 4 months may not be something to get too stressed just yet.

Yes you can update VO post MR of you new passport and share it along with the old one for VISA issuancee.

As a precaution, mention your UCI and File number at the back of your DD.

It better not to. As back of DD has security features.

Better to mention it on "RE" section in front. :)
