Hi all,
I need an urgent answer from you people.
I applied for fsw 2014 and got file number and uci.but my file got rejected from embassy due to some reasons.
I want to know will cic keep my all documents with them along with UCI.or they destroy all documents? Especially birth certificate and all.
What all documents they will KEEP along with uci?

they will return docs if file was rejected for completeness check or caps. Else if charging is already done, then file won't be returned. They will retain docs with them in that case. How does it matter whether they retain docs or destroy them at their end? You have anyways provided them photocopies of all docs including birth certificate. Only pcc, ielts result, wes report would have been in original.

Guys need your help!!!

My timeline is on my profile.... Anybody who came across this situation please guide....

I have requested NDVO for steps to add child couple of times but I did not get reply for more than 30 days....

Since I came to know the list of docs for adding child through this forum I submitted the docs and the fee of 150 CAD yesterday./....

Here my doubt is how long they will take to process the child docs?????

And will there be MR for 30 days old child????

FYI - I have got PPR on 18-Feb-2015...

Is your app transferred to Warsaw or Colombo?
Cos almost everyone who got per after 30th dec 2014 has been transferred to either Warsaw or Colombo.

my wife is the primary applicant in our case. We have not yet received MR and she is expecting. Would it impact the processing of the application as in whenever MR comes would we be asked to put the medicals on hold untill the baby is born or we can go ahead with the medicals (except x-ray and)?

x-ray shield is relatively safe these days. However this is a sensitive issue and would advise you to exercise caution. Take the opinion of medical experts.
