Dear Friends,

I'm very glad to share our next successful step to PR. On 19-Mar-2015, We received the medical request, PCC and RPRF, also Travel information. (Spreadsheet updated using edit link, though doubt if I'm doing it right)

Application recvd date: 06Aug2015
PER recvd date: 28Nov2014
Processing started: 19Feb2015
MR recvd date: 19Mar2015

I need some information from the seniors or members with similar experience:

1. We applied and received German PCC. As this is in German, we are looking for a certified translator + notary public in Canada. We are currently on work permit in canada. We are completely lost as to how this should be done. How do we know the translator is certified? Will the same person notarize the document? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
2. My India PCC was received on Jan 13, 2015 (which was not sent to CIC yet). Should I get an updated PCC, or should this suffice? My husband's PCC dated 02May2014 was submitted along with application, and they have requested for updated PCC.
3. Why are they asking for Travel information? My husband had lots of travels including his studies and work which was given in detail in original application. Should I give the same information again, am I missing something here??

CIC communication:

Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical examination for all. This must be received at this office by: 2015/04/20
 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2015/04/20
 Recent Indian original police clearance certificate for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2015/04/20
 An original police clearance certificate for your spouse from GERMANY This must be received at this office by: 2015/04/20
 Travel History Info Form: Information on your previous travel history (trip duration and purpose) including citizenship and resident document information. Please enter details of ALL the foreign travel, exact dates and the pourpose, for yourself and your spouse. This must be received at this office by: 2015/04/20

Congrats and +1 to you !!

Seniors,

I have a question. I have been waiting for the MR request in 10 - 15 days time. I had already sent the PCC along with the application on 4th Sep 2014.

What if the MR email also asks for PCC to be done? Do I need to get a PCC again? As it is a time consuming task and last time even it wasn't completed in 30 days time...

Suggest something guys.. should I stay optimist and apply for PCC this week??

Thanks and Regards
Dear Scorpionjot,
99.9 % you will not be asked for PCC because i m a 18th aug applicant and they have not asked me to submit the PCC.
In case they asked. You can get the PCC from commissioners office. Stay positive. I have got PCC from commissioners office faridabad within 7 days. Below is the process followed but i dont know if the same will work in Delhi or not.

1. Day One - taken PCC form from Commissioners Office. Paid the fees.
2. Day Two - Taken filled forms and submitted to local PS.
3. Day Three -Given address and ID proofs of WItness and their sign on PS PCC format and submitted the same to PS.
4. Day Four - PS handed over the report on their format along with attached to the PCC form and same day i have submitted to commissioners office.
5. Day sixth - I got the PCC.

Congrats. Did you submit with VFS? If yes, then on which date?

My second line got updated on Feb 8 stating tht my processing started on Feb 5.
Still waiting for MR.
Its been 45+ days since the second line.
Is this normal?
Should I send a CSE????
Seniors pls advise on this.

thanks a lot ... but another question its 10 days from the day you send the receipts or 10 days once the VO gets the medical confirmation from the Doc?

priyavig, It is normally 10 days from the time you sent your documents. Even though the hospital uploads the details, they update the status after getting the document from your end. This allows them to update all your relevant information at the same time.

prasmeno said:
Priya - VO considers the date when they received the documents from you and uploaded from the Hospital.

thanks!
