My second line got updated on Feb 8 stating tht my processing started on Feb 5.
Still waiting for MR.
Its been 45+ days since the second line.
Is this normal?
Should I send a CSE????
Seniors pls advise on this.

sandeep....wait till the end of the month. You can raise CSE after that. You may want to check the timelines in the SS for folks with the same NOC & app date

Do we get our IELTS score and job related docs after obtaining VISA . If yes in how many months.

capok, all documents submitted to CIC are their property and will be maintained in their records for future purposes. You will not get them back. You can request IELTS organization for a duplicate copy if needed.
Is there a specific reason why you are looking for these documents?

so that I can check only at that time and stop myself from checking every hour

In an effort to spread the knowledge among us and to help each other take more informed decisions, I have created a survey asking about our plans for immigration. Questions included in the survey are like, which city you plan to settle in, type of flight you’re planning to take, what will you do till you get your license (in case you job requires licensing), plus other questions that I think will be helpful to all of us.

I think you should check weekly ones.
Usually from MR submission it takes around 30-60 days on average.
