Hello Everyone,

I received my MR+PCC+RPRF mail from Delhi immigration on 14th March 2014 and in that email I was told IN bold letters that a separate email with detail procedure on medicals will be sent within 48 hours.

I waited for 48 hours but did not get any detailed email regarding medicals from NDVO. i checked junk/spam folders as well. So as soon as 48 hours passed I sent an email reminding them to send me medical forms/detail email but till date(i.e. a week after MR request) there has been no response. In original email I had three attachments- one letter requesting to undertake medicals, pay RPRF and provide PCC and remaining two attachments were pertaining to CIIP.

I have not received IMM1017 form though have medical request letter with me. Please advise what should be next steps from my side. Has any one else also faced similar situation. SHOULD I CONTINUE TO WAIT UNTIL NDVO SENDS IMM1017 FORMS OR SHOULD I JUST PROCEED WITH MEDICALS?

I just got the third line update today - My timeline is Mar 5th Medical test , Mar 12th hospital uploaded the result. So don't worry you will get the update soon....

Good news and I can't contain this JOY. Its too much and what can I say!

My God have been faithful, gracious and kind. Never thought I would have the opportunity for FSW1 for me and my family.
But now the journey is almost complete. Yesterday, I got the Ready For Visa email and this morning my ECAS was updated to Decision Made.

In this forum, you guys rock. I have enjoyed every bits. One thing is clear, we will all get there guys. Your RFV is coming.

Besides Passports, are we also required to send passport photos? Nothing like that in my email. What do you think?

ok so I just ask.....in my MR email the VO asked me to send updates on my application in addition to the RPRF, I raised a CSE to know if I should email or courier the papers and they said email will suffice. So I emailed everything...here's the problem: I didnt write my info in the RPRF receipt and sent it as it was....Of course I mentioned my file number and UCI and other info in the email, but I didnt write anything on the receipt itself. can it be an issue???

shouldn't be an issue though ideally the same should have been mentioned on the receipt as well. However now that it's sent, relax.

I sent my passports,PRFee and updated forms to VO on 15.03.05 and todate no DM-4th line update.....

Should i be worried or is it normal....

you shouldn't be worried and that too so soon. After mr, there are hardly any rejections.

Passport send for stamping:- 5 th march
Passport received with visa:- 21st march

Hi Seniors/All - I received an AOR from Warsaw office on Mar19th and I am a Nov 26th'14 applicant. I had a question regarding PCC.

I have had visited UK and US for multiple times on a business visa but never for a continued period of 6 months. The max tenor has been around 4 months at a stretch for any of these countries but if i were to add all my visits then the tenor with both the countries individually will be above 1 year so do i need to request for a PCC from both the countries or not; kindly help with your expert opinion.

A VERY SPECIAL DAY!!!


Happy to share my joy with all of you.. Passports are received back with visa stamp today. We did celebrate Ugadi today i.e. new year ( a first day of Spring for South Indians). A very special day indeed!

Special thanks to all my forumites, especially Asif, Canoi, Goku, Jaxon... and many more (sorry, if I forget to mention the name)....

Though I hired a consultant, I could fairly rely on the advice /tips given on this forum., which in turn, helped me to cross-check my consultant's steps/advice.. In fact, some times, I did put pressure on my consultant to act more diligently.... Anyway, one leg of journey (i.e. getting PR visa) is over. We are planning to land in Toronto in last week of July15 or first week of Aug15 i.e. another leg of journey to start... Is there anybody to land in this period?

Wish you speedy process and quick PER/MR/PPR and visa for all those who are awaiting for...

My fellow future Canadians,

Just wanted to update you that I went for my medical on 21-03-2015 (Medical Request/RPRF/Schedule A and Additional Family Info request received on 18-03-2015).

My experience went well for the medicals just thought to share it here if it could be of any help to anybody:

I am residing in Dubai (if anyone wants to know the details of the clinic please do not hesitate to pm me), had an appointment for 1pm for myself, wife and daughter. The whole process took an hour, we were out of there my 2pm. The doctor asked general questions about past medical history (if any). He asked if I have had jaundice in the past (which I had when I was probably 7 or 8 years old) so I disclosed that to him. He prescribed a couple more blood tests to check for hepatitis A and B because of my jaundice history (so I would recommend if anybody is facing financial constraints like I am you would be better off not disclosing such information which might not have any effect on your medical results since I had to pay an extra AED600 for those two tests).

I had an x-ray, then eye test, blood pressure, urine sample and blood tests. The nurse told me all is fine and that they would get in touch with me in 5-7 days if in case there is a problem with my blood tests, hence otherwise they would still inform me that there are no issues with the medical and that they have transmitted the results to LVO via emedical.

I am slightly concerned and would appreciate the advise of medical experts here (if any) as to why were the additional two blood tests were requested and could there be a chance of any issues I might face with the results of those tests. Please note I am perfectly healthy otherwise and have not had any serious medical issues. Would appreciate the feedback of seniors here.
