Do you think it will change back to in process again

Thanks Friend :),

You gave me confidence.
If there is little more twist, spouse of principal only leaves home country and principal stays then what happens when there is a PPR.

Bro,
1. you Dont need to inform vo anything now. You can inform them when you are leaving for US as that would be a change in your location as well as job.
2. several of our forumites have travelled and no it won't affect your process. The only thing is if you stay in US for more than 6 months at the time of MR then you might be asked for FBI PCC.

So my suggestion is to go ahead with the H1 process. Anyway you first need to get through lottery and then stamping. It is a long way and by gods grace you will get PR before that.

Hello All,

Need some assistance.

As our Canadian PR process is under process now, I (spouse of primary) have chance for filing a USA H1-B permit for 2015. If applied and approved I will have to apply for H1-B visa and my spouse (Primary Applicant) for H4 visa. And also, start working in USA by Oct 1st or little later.

So my questions are:

1.) Since timeline of both processes are almost parallel, will that be an issue with CIC or local VO and should they be informed about this and when should that happen.
2.) Also, if PR process is not finished by my joining date in US of Oct 1st, can we both travel to USA and will that affect the process in any ways ?

Please let me know what should be my decision. At one hand PR process is important and on other hand it is one time chance to file H1-B. I am in some dilemma.

My time line so far:

Appl sent date: 21 Nov 2014
PER mail date: 12 Feb 2015

Thanks.

Hello Uk24,

We were also in similar situation. Me and my spouse reside in canada and my daughter stay in india. We have received PPR on March 10th from CPC Ottawa to submit all our passport together. But we have sent mail to them explaining my daughter situation and request them to send her visa letter to NDVO New Delhi Office. Today morning, we have got ready to visa mail to submit passport to NDVO office for my daughter.

And also case officer replied back with below note.

"We sent you a ready for visa letter for the office in New Delhi for your dependent. Please submit your and spouse passport at our office in Ottawa."

Thanks
Snowboy

Hello,

Received email for medical, update schedule A form and pay RPRF today, so happy, but no medical form mention in the email,

Please do i need medical form from VO before i can do my medical?

Also i have changed my job recently but yet to update VO but will do that when sending the updated Schedule A form to them, but do i need to send any letter of reference to them or just fill in my new job details in the Schedule A Background declaration form?
Thank you for your help

Medical Request: 17/03/2015
KVO

On to the next step.

Dear members,

I am May 2014 FSW applicant , got my medical done in mid Nov 2014. Application started Processing in Jan 2015 after submission of Schedule A update request, but no signs of RPRF request till now (4 months passed since medical done). Sent email to LVO for my application status query a month ago, but no reply till now.

Please Advise!

Should i send email to VO for not receiving RPRF since on this forum i saw one case, that person didn't received RPRF request, when they query their VO for RPRF request, VO replied they awaiting them to pay RPRF so they may sent them Passport request or should i wait?

You don't need a request to pay RPRF. Pay it, and send them the receipt by email. Easy is that.

Dear Seniors,

I need your help. Thank you in advance.
My app. was received on Dec.23rd, and I got PER on March 14.
However, my ECAS is still not alive till now.
I tried all the numbers, like UCI, FN, even payment receipt number.
Also, I checked all the information input, like name, DOB etc.
Is this normal? Do I need worry about this?
I called CIC today, but cannot get them.
Thank you!!!

A friend of mine checked his ecas status an hour ago. His NOC is 0013 (PER Aug 14) and he got a third line update "a decision has been made on your application" after the 2nd line "we started processing your application on March 11". Both line 2 and 3 were updated at the same time. He has not received his MR yet. What does this mean? Anyone else in a similar situation?

My 1st application was exactly the same with this case above, and I got rejected!
He can try for Quebec!
