Hi guys, Got my passport back on 13 Mar. 2015; submitted on 2 mar.2015 to Vfs jalandhar.

Visa is issued from 25 Feb. DM on 26, PP request on 27. Expires one year from medical.

So the visa that is to be stamped/pasted is issued once the Decision is made and only pasting of this sticker is done once PP is received.

Friends need to discuss one thing that in my landing papers it is showing city of Destination - Toronto but now my plan has been changed and i want to go to Vancouver... Do i have to tell them and change it on paper or i can land any city ?

@ hopefulimmigrant, you're giving him false hope. He cannot withdraw his application from this stage. VO will issue him a 2 year ban based on misinterpretation if he fails to reverse the situation. I.e. either he has to prove that his case is genuine and there was some error during verification or he'll get a ban. There is no middle ground here. And he is admitting that he modified letter supplied by his employer on his own so his only hope is that his employer forgives him and co-operates with him.

Bro, I have seen a similar case at my consultant's office. I met a guy at my consultant's office when I was preparing to file my application. His verification failed when NDVO called his employer....and my consultant suggested him to withdraw his app and the guy did the same. That's the reason I have informed him the same which I saw.....N also to show his employment genuine, he can also send additional documents, like Pay slips, salary account bank statement, Form 16, Tax deduction slip, etc,. What say?

By the Grace of Allah just received the long long awaited Passport request from London Visa Office.
Timeline as below.

App filed: 21st May 2014
PER Received: 9th September 2014
Medicals request: 20 October 2014
Medicals completed: 18th December 2014
Passport request: 16th March 2015

Extremely happy and thanks for all the fellow members for the encouragement by everyone plus the precious advise all along. Wish every single one of you best of luck.

1. Do one also need to send expired passport along with the new passport?
2. How someone can send passport to Islamabad office, through FedEx or some other channel?
3. After how many days passport is received back?

Finally today i got my passport stamped from NDVO. visa is valid from 19-feb-2015 till 06-jan-2016.
timelines are
File received in CIC : 27-June-2014
PER recieved:24-Oct-2014
Medical request: 24-Dec-2014
Passport request: 24-Feb-2015
Passport recieved: 16-Mar-2015

I have sent passport through VFS .
