Bro sorry for the typo what i wanted to say explain what you have done as per the lead duties mentioned under NOC statement.

For example copying one from our reference letter we had submitted.

1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of HR or personnel departments: ( This is one of the statements what CIC wanted to see under 0112)
i. Designed strategies on staff planing
ii. Organize training and development
iii. Evaluate career growth of employees and the organisation
iv. handle end- to end operational process of the HR dept

The above 4 points were our description in the reference letter to the statement asked by CIC

Details are:

NOC: 2172
App Received Date: 5thNov 2014
DD encashed as per the email: 8th Jan
DD encashed as per the icici bank : 13th Jan
PER Received date: 11th March 2015.
Email is from: Sydney, Nova Scotia

Whats the next step here ? Do they do the background check now or later ? And how long it will take for the file to come to India Canada Visa office ?

M new to this forum.

Me and my family completed medicals in December mid and accordingly status updated to "medicals have been received" in E-CAS.

My query is that along with letter of medicals,we didn't receive letter for paying RPRF and submission of PCC.

Can you advise please.(shall i wait or mail to CIC).

at present waiting for PPR.

This is completely out of the blue.

CSIS is responsible for immigration security screening for US/CA applicants and applicants from VOs who need to be referred for additional checks related to war crimes/espionage/terrorism, etc (less than 1%).

Immigration and refugee applications for permanent residence that originate outside Canada or the USA are managed by the Overseas Immigrant Screening Program under which the Service shares responsibility for security screening with CIC officials based abroad. Generally, CSIS only becomes involved in the screening process if requested to do so by the Immigration Program Manager (IPM) or upon receiving adverse information about a case from established sources. This division of labour allows the Service to concentrate on the higher risk cases.

Criminality check is another assessment and is done by CIC C&I officer at VO.

I got my PPR yesterday, submitted my passport.
Thanks to all u guys who helped me through this entire process.

Need some information for one of my friend who wants apply for FSW 2015.
Do we have applications starting in May 2015 for FSW category.
Or it will be only express entry from 2015 and no FSW .
Experts please please advice.

60-90 days now for the 2nd line update on e_CAS and that's when the file is in India & your processing and BCG checks start.

After much wait i got the PER email today.
