What's the address you need to submitt the RPRF at? That should be your VO. I guess your MR/RPRF mail will have that info.

Once you submitt meds, also adivse on your relocation and request on the VO to allow PP stamping to a nearer VO. They always oblige.

Advice needed!!!

Dear Seniors

An urgent advice is needed. We received our MR on Feb 20, 2015. Due to the change of location and all, we were a little late and finally going for our MR today.

Now my question is, the email we received from CIC does not mention anything about PCC. I read here that people have been requested PCC, MR and RPRF. We did not submit our PCC while submitting the application in July nor have we received the PCC request now. Is it possible that they will request PCC post MR submissions?

Also, we have relocated to Abu Dhabi from India. How do we get our application transferred. We had mentioned our visa office as NDVO but we have not received any mail from CIC confirming that our file is being processed at NDVO or anywhere else.

Please guide!

Also send along a print of the requirements email you got from the VO.

RPRF online receipt needs to be filled for the missing details with a Pen. Specially your UCI/File number.
Meds ack copied can be sent across. Originals not needed.
PP Bio pages copies without notary is fine.
Spouse service notice period, not needed. In my opinion don't unnecessarily give additional docs to VO. Let her be relieved and for all you know you have you DM by then.

I am worried because I am in Germany from 6 months now. ndvo asked me last month from how long I am in Germany at that time it was not 6 months so they didn’t ask for german pcc but now I afraid they will and it will be time consuming .... and they are already super slow... what should i do please advice

Hi People,

I am a bit confused regarding my application to CIC. My application was received on 12 December 2014 but I my card has not been charged nor I have received my application back as incomplete. I have also asked my bank with in this relation. I am worried. My NOC IS 1111 and the spreadsheet reflects lots of pending applications.

Can any body help me out with the timeline of fee charge.

May be you should inform NDVO regarding this with German PCC.
but it will cause further delay in your process.

Hi,

My fsw 2014 case under NOC 2073 got returned by CIO office. They processed but returned with DD stating that job duties could not be verified. As per my company's policy, the job duties are not given on company letterhead and instead, I had given self-affidavits, employment/experience letter, response from HR on the policy, fellow's acknowledgement on job duties and all other documents. CIO office could not take a decision on it and therefore returned it with a new DD.

The question is whether I should appeal against it and are there any good chances of success?

i submitted my passports o thursday last week in jalandhar vfs...so far i hav received sms dat ur passports hav been transmitted to chandigarh visa office...after dat i didn't receive ny sms....are d passport gettin stamped in chandigarh aswell ...

Take a deep breath. Now is the time for you be able to express your self to the VO. I just ran through your NOC's lead statement and feel that you should reply back with
(a) Apology for not be clear in the first place due to which the VO had to reach out to you again and thank him for giving you the chance to explain.
(b) Break down each lead statement and explain how you meet it.
(c) Express you availability to meet the VO if he feels the need post reading your letter.

LS1 - Early childhood educators plan, organize and implement programs for children between the ages of infancy and 12 years.
Basis your credential furnished link how you have been involved in the above underlined activities in the prescribed age group. Make your case even stronger with any certificates or scanned pictures of you with the children conducting activities.

LS 2 - Early childhood educator assistants provide care for infants and preschool- to school-age children under the guidance of early childhood educators.
Here you can link how you apart from education are also responsible for the children. How you take care of their diet, hygeine etc. maybe talk about certain industry standards that you are trained on and are asked to follow.

LS3 - Early childhood educators and assistants lead children in activities to stimulate and develop their intellectual, physical and emotional growth and ensure their security and well-being.
Focus on the various kind of activities and training imparted by you via VAK learning style (Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic)

LS4 - They are employed in child-care centres, daycare centres, kindergartens, agencies for exceptional children and other settings where early childhood education services are provided.
Here you simply need to share that the place you work at falls under one fo the above.

Make sure to -

- USE LAYMAN LANGUAGE- SHARE AS MANY CREDENTIALS POSSIBLE.
- BE EXHAUSTIVE in your explanation.
