hello everyone. ..
i hav a small confusion. ..please help..
i submitted my passports o thursday last week in jalandhar vfs...so far i hav received sms dat ur passports hav been transmitted to chandigarh visa office...after dat i didn't receive ny sms....are d passport gettin stamped in chandigarh aswell ...

Do not worry . All passports are stamped at NDVO only. Its just that Jalandhar and chandigarh VFS route it via canadian counsel office at chandigarh. Only one extra day gets wasted in the process. I too had submitted mine at chandigarh and received same sms , but on checking online status it shows under processing at NDVO.

March 2nd,3rd people are still in queue to get stamped passports. I sent on 5th.
So we have to wait little more.

For me also the online status says - is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI
I had submitted the passports at Bangalore VFS on 9th March

Hi,

My fsw 2014 case under NOC 2073 got returned by CIO office. They processed but returned with DD stating that job duties could not be verified. As per my company's policy, the job duties are not given on company letterhead and instead, I had given self-affidavits, employment/experience letter, response from HR on the policy, fellow's acknowledgement on job duties and all other documents. CIO office could not take a decision on it and therefore returned it with a new DD.

The question is whether I should appeal against it and are there any good chances of success?

The self attested duties are not accepted. You could have mentioned job duties on a plain paper, got is verified by you boss or colleague and attached a visiting card of the person verifying it.Your appeal is likely to be rejected.

Bank statement 6 month 2. UK residence permit 3.P60s of jobs

I have started maintaining BS from last 3-4 month would that be safe???
Recently my extension of visa application been refused and hearing date in court is fixed, would this be an issue and what should I inform them??? Pls suggest something ....just so tensed about these things.
