It could be a case of the system generating PPR but not initiating the mail trigger.
Something like this happened to me at the MR stage.
Raise a CSE highlighted urgent advising on next communication not received.

Dont expect only DM becasue sometime( vary rarely ) NDVO forget to send PPR email like in my case ( Dm on 24Feb and still no ppr) raise CSE but no respond


Anyone may applicant left here for PPR/DM????

in Ontario, government medical card take 3 week to 3 months.

In calgary it take only 1 week.

If you are going early, it is ok you can manage without medical card.

If any think happen they will admit your wife under emergency. Dont worry.

The private insurance such as BUPA, Oman are very costly

Its good news from NDVO........started pouring DM/PPR's.............I hope I receive any one of these today

Don't worry Amzz..........you will surely receive PPR very soon. The delay is just because of the work load NDVO faces.................overload in fact. Any way, all of us will receive our Canadian visa stamped passports very soon.......Cheer up buddy.

Thanks NEWIN , I will not be able open canadian bank account without having canadian residence proof.Can you suggest some other alternative.

There are several options.

Check HFDC Bank in india, you can open an account.

You can make bank drafts or travelers check simply.

I have planned to make bank draft as I am in Qatar, no HDFC bank

R u done with ur Medicals??
In some of the cases, it has been seen that People without having MR has received DM. And it meant that their files were rejected.
But if you r done with ur MR and you have been updated with 3rd Line update then there is nothing to worry..!!!

is there any update on ECAS after per, what is that and after what time change will appear...
Seniors please advise.

within the days of 20-30 , u will receive AOR from VO, then status changes when VO starts working on your case !!! After the status update , like in a 45-75 days of time , u will receive MR n then RPRF n PP requests followed ...!!!
