Do we need to carry any envelope while visiting VFS to submitt passports?
I have the following:
1.Passports (Old & New)
2.The PP Request Email Print Out
3.Two photo graphs Each (One having the info about the shop)
4. A Print out with details (Not hand Written) of Applicant spouse and dependents.

638rs for each passport Cash as i am planning to collect it myself so wont be paying another 350rs for home delivery.

Anything Missing or any point i should consider etc ?

Why dont you take med and rest for a couple of days.. before doing your med and drink plenty of water to clear your system.
U will have 30 days to do your Med normally.

Inform to the doctor which medicine u have used

I got my Medical and RPRF request but still 2nd line not updated in my Ecas

App received 7th August

PER 28th Nov

VO Colombo

MR and RPRF 27th Feb 2015

On an average it is taking 10 days after the Medicals have been uploaded by the Hospital. So you can expect an update anytime...

Is there anyone who applied via Abhinav Consultants and reached PPR stage?
I'm looking to connect for two reasons
1) To know how much time it would take for visa stamping - I though it would be 7-10 days but the consultant told me to wait for 15 days.
and
2) I want to connect with other applicants to know the preparations in terms of job, accommodation and other things.
I'm planning to go to Toronto and date of travel is tentatively around April-end/early-May.

Obviously you need to complete the medicals. Following this you need to submit these documents (if requested)
- Medicals completed acknowledgement for both of you
- Passport bio pages for both of you
- PCC of all applicable countries for both of you
- RFRF (Can $980) - either online or DD (INR 53,400). If you do online you save some money due to xchange rate.
