Do we need to carry any envelope while visiting VFS to submitt passports?
I have the following:
1.Passports (Old & New)
2.The PP Request Email Print Out
3.Two photo graphs Each (One having the info about the shop)
4. A Print out with details (Not hand Written) of Applicant spouse and dependents.

638rs for each passport Cash as i am planning to collect it myself so wont be paying another 350rs for home delivery.

Anything Missing or any point i should consider etc ?

please guide me. by mistake i have sent the RPRF of one person i,e 26700/- only.
can I send another DD of 26700/- or shall I ask my courier to stop the delivery of consignment( to be delivered on Monday) and send a consolidated DD of rs 53400/-

If you are within your timelines then I suggest option 2. Stop the delivery of the consignment and then send out a consolidated DD.

2.The PP Request Email Print Out - Yes
3.Two photo graphs Each (One having the info about the shop) - Type Date of photo taken on both photos
4. A Print out with details (Not hand Written) of Applicant spouse and dependents. - Hand written is enough.

Its best to consolidate the payment. But anyways if its not possible then its still ok to send the other DD on a followup courier .

So they will contact the employer to check the job duties and check other documents

They may or may not do employer check, depending on the comfort they get from the docs provided by you. They still will necessarily do other checks like social media and networking sites profiles check, negative list and various defaulter checks, Google checks, etc.

You need to land before completion of a year from your Medicals or before your Passport validity. Which ever happens first. Your VISA stamped on the Passport will have this date on it
